Another "best move" puzzle, this one came from a game I played against AaaarghBot this past week.
This game was fairly even until this point and had some nice back and forth play. Here's a link if you want to take a look. This board state was the turning point of the game.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to determine Black's best move and reasons why you think so. Please answer in PTN and include the spoiler tag to preserve the puzzle for others. To form the spoiler tag on reddit, put the sensitive part of your answer in brackets followed by (/spoiler).
